MEET THE TEAM

Meet Abby,

Abby, our office admin and Cory’s youngest daughter, keeps things running smoothly at ERC. A graduate from Minot State, she double majored in corporate fitness and wellness management and finance. She is going back to Minot to achieve her masters in Management. She loves softball, workouts, and time on the water.

Abby’s perfect day? Sleeping in, then hitting the lake for a full day of boating, sunshine, and fun in the water.

Meet Kenzie.

Kenzie, is our talented interior designer and social media lead, who brings creativity and heart to ERC Construction. She’s also Cory’s oldest daughter and proud to call the Lino Lakes area home with her family.
She holds a BFA in Interior Design from UW-Stout and a Social Media Marketing certificate from Cornell. She loves cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her dogs, Maverick and Bodi.

Kenzie’s perfect day? Morning at the farmers market, then relaxing—or soaking up the sun with friends and family.

Meet Tim,

Tim is a sales associate at ERC Construction. Tim lives in Circle Pines with his daughter who is in college, his son who is in high school, and their beloved german shorthair dog, Motley. Tim started working with ERC construction in 2023. He enjoys spending time in the water and the woods while also going on vacation with his family and spending time with friends.

Tim’s perfect day? Sitting in the sand with a drink in hand while in Costa Rica.

Meet Randy,

Randy, our production manager and Marine Corps vet, brings 30 years of hands-on experience to ERC. He lives in Elk River with his wife and dachshund, Tanner, and loves hunting, fishing, gardening—and spending time at the cabin. He loves spending time with his 2 daughters and 7 grandchildren!

Randy’s dream day? Cabin time up north, fishing off the dock, and soaking in lake life with family.

Meet Duane,

Duane is our production manager for rebuilds and remodeling projects, and is a 38 year veteran of the United States Army. He has 30 years of construction experience. He lives in Cottage Grove with his wife, Lori of 20 years.

His hobbies are snowmobiling, going for rides on his Harley Davidson, and boating the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers. Duane’s perfect day? Spent anchored in the Hudson, WI bay and relaxing with great weather, great friends, and great music!

Meet Cory,

Cory, owner of ERC Construction, and has 25+ years in the industry. He lives in Ham Lake with his wife, of 25 years, his daughter Abby, and their family dog Remy. He loves the outdoors, softball games, and family time.
